Neither the Lilburn Woman’s Club nor the City of Lilburn assumes responsibility for damage or theft of any items brought to the Festival. No refund of application fees will be made. Lilburn Daze is a “rain or shine” event. As an Arts & Crafts exhibitor, I certify that all products displayed and sold at Lilburn Daze are handmade items and not commercially manufactured or resale items.
