Sponsorship Information
Lilburn Daze Arts and Crafts Festival is celebrating its 38th year and seeking sponsors to help cover production costs. For a comparatively nominal amount, you can reach more than 15,000 potential customers in one day. The event takes place October 8, 2011, in Lilburn City Park from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Businesses, civic groups, faith organizations, and political candidates are encouraged to participate as sponsors in helping to make this year’s Lilburn Daze the best ever. The sponsorship levels are as follows:
Gold Sponsor – $250: Sponsor-provided sign/banner will be displayed from stage. Company/organization listed in program. Only one Gold Sponsor will be allowed. Call for availability.
Silver Sponsor – $150: Sponsor-provided sign/banner (3 ft. high x 6 ft. wide, max) will be displayed from apron of stage. Company/organization/candidate listed in program. Seven Silver Sponsors will be allowed.
Bronze Sponsor – $50: Sponsor-provided sign/banner (4 ft. x 4 ft., max) will be displayed on fencing and in key locations around park. Company/organization/candidate listed in program. Call for info on larger signs/banners. No maximum on number of bronze sponsors.
Banners/signs may be dropped off at Lilburn City Hall, 76 Main Street, on October 3-6 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. You may also drop them off on October 7 at the Information Booth in City Park between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Banners/Signs may be picked up after the event at 5 p.m. in the park and on October 10 at City Hall.
